The SolidHub Electric forklift HE1200/4 is the cost-effective alternative to purchasing a forklift truck. Small businesses in particular may not have the financial means, the space or the appropriately trained personnel to purchase a powerful forklift truck. Thanks to the waterproof control unit, the high-quality high-lift truck is perfectly suited to the demands of harsh working conditions such as cold, damp and dust and is ideal for temporary use in cold stores and production halls, for example. The HE1200/4 is not designed for permanent use in cold stores and in rain / damp conditions.

The HE1200/4 facilitates the handling of loads up to 1.200 kg and a lifting height of 86 - 4.000 mm. Its low noise level of 70 dB enables comfortable working over long periods of time. The dimensions of the manoeuvrable, all-electric high-lift truck are perfect for use in small storage and production areas. However, the mast height (2.495 - 4.452 mm) must be taken into account depending on the extension status. The load capacity at max. height is 300 kg. The ergonomically designed tiller enables user-friendly control of all lifting and lowering functions conveniently via the multifunction tiller button. All important control instruments such as the battery charge indicator, operating hours counter, emergency stop switch and key are centrally located and in the operator's direct field of vision. Additional protection is provided by the complete panelling of the vehicle body and the low ground clearance, which reduces injuries in the foot area. Due to the low ground clearance, it is important that the HE1200/4 is only used on smooth, level floors and driveways. The low housing height and the lattice design of the mast allow good visibility through the telescopic mast - people and goods are always in view. The motor power of 750 W supports you perfectly when transporting Euro pallets and mesh boxes up to 1.200 kg. The battery capacity of 100 Ah guarantees a total running time of 4 h when fully utilised. The two built-in Lead-gel batteries are maintenance-free and have a combined voltage of 24 V. They can be conveniently charged at any normal 230 V socket and the charging process takes approx. 7 h when the battery is completely empty.

The transport speed of 4,2 km/h corresponds approximately to the speed of a pedestrian. An electromechanical brake ensures safe transport of the goods. Good to know for use in Germany: warehouse employees do not need any special training or a forklift licence. However, the person must be at least 18 years old. An introduction to the handling of the lifting device is sufficient. Of course, when working with the SolidHub electric pallet truck HE1200/4 the legal regulations must be observed and complied with.
