Intelligent order picking

It's possible with our KSE3000 order picker from SolidHub. This compact lift truck ensures efficient order picking without the need to retrieve entire pallets or use ladders. Simply approach a shelf, drive up the platforms and remove the desired goods. Quite easy and uncomplicated in purely electric operation. The noise level of the unit is negligible at just 70 dB. The 750 kg heavy order picker is easy to transport and store. The robust polyurethane castors and the resistant chassis, with its low ground clearance of 65 mm, ensure a long product life. You are guaranteed to enjoy this high-quality product for a long time. With a climbing capacity of 5 %, the KSE3000 overcomes smaller obstacles and slopes without any problems.

Pick goods quickly with the KSE3000 picking taper

With a lifting speed of 140 mm/s, the compact lifting device lifts the operator on the 380 x 490 mm operator platform and the 500 x 700 mm storage platform up to 3.000 mm standing height. Here, the goods can then be conveniently placed on the storage platform, which can easily withstand a load of up to 90 kg. The maximum load on the driver's platform, on the other hand, is 130 kg. The unit can then be lowered and moved with 4,5 km/h. Alternatively, it is possible to drive to the next rack with the platform raised and the driving speed reduced to 1.2 km/h. The 4,5 km/h is then lowered and the 4,5 km/h is moved to the next rack. In this case, the powerful 24 V / 105 Ah battery supplies the electric motors with energy. This ensures a long running time of 4 h in continuous operation. Once the battery is completely discharged, it takes approx. 8 h to recharge the electric order picker.

Safe order picking

The compact dimensions of 750 mm x 1.500 mm x 1.590 mm when lowered and the short wheelbase of 1.145 mm ensure a small turning radius of 1.300 mm and enable manoeuvring in tight spaces and between rows of racks. Your safety is important to us. That is why various safety mechanisms are in place to protect the order picker operator from the causes of accidents. The operator platform is equipped with a weight sensor that ensures that the truck can only be operated when it is loaded. Likewise, the handle next to the acceleration switch must be firmly enclosed. The driver's platform can also only be accessed via a swinging door with a spring safety device. This ensures that the driver cannot fall off the platform. In addition, the driving speed is reduced in 3 steps, with increasing height, to prevent tipping due to abrupt stops. Several emergency stop switches can be operated on the unit to stop the order picker in dangerous situations.
