High power, zero emissions, highly efficient lithium-ion battery. That's our electric mini excavator MBE800 from SolidHub. With 12 hp power, you drive 2,2 km/h to the desired place on the construction site and dig holes in no time. You overcome slopes and other obstacles with ease, as the climbing capacity of the electric excavator is 30 %. The 150 mm wide excavator bucket can exert a digging force of up to 7.500 N on the ground. This means you can break through even harder and dry ground without any problems.

Many advantages with the lithium-ion battery

The integrated LI-ION battery offers many advantages: Compared to simple lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries have a higher capacity (140 Ah), which significantly increases the runtime. So you can use the mini-excavator MBE800 of 6 - 8 h, depending on the intensity. Also the charging process is accelerated by the efficient battery to 6 h . In addition, annoying maintenance work such as refilling distilled water or regular servicing is no longer necessary. On the other hand, the lithium-ion technology offers a high degree of safety and performance. The integrated battery with 72 V nominal voltage reliably supplies the 4.000 W powerful electric motor with green energy.

Compact and efficient

With its compact dimensions of 780 x 2.430 mm x 1.930 mm, the MBE800 mini excavator can manoeuvre easily even in tight spaces. This is made even easier by the separately controllable excavator tracks, which are responsible for the locomotion. This allows an extremely small turning circle, as the excavator turns almost on the spot and only the arm swings out. Nevertheless, the excavator is able to dig a depth of 1,3 m due to its high mobility. The maximum digging reach is 2,45 m, while the digging height is 2,35 m. The 360° rotatable driver's cab also allows you to work quickly, as the removed soil can be discharged to the side or even behind the excavator.
The electric mini excavator MBE800 is also equipped with a 720 mm wide dozer blade, which ensures clean clearing of paths, breaking up of soil, removal of earth or securing the excavator in storage. This can be lowered to a depth of 200 mm and has a maximum ground clearance of 120 mm.
