The SolidHub semi-electric stacker HSE1000/3 is equipped with an electric lift motor and is ideal for smaller businesses for stacking and unstacking goods. The manoeuvrable and stable high-lift truck is the cost-effective alternative to a forklift truck if only occasional stacking (85 - 3.000 mm) and loading and unloading operations are carried out. The forks of this SolidHub entry-level model can be flexibly locked in width and can be very quickly adjusted to the required distance if necessary. Simply lift by hand and slide on the fork bracket. The load capacity of 1.000 kg makes it easy to lift and transport Euro pallets over short distances. The goods are lifted and moved manually by the electric lifting motor permanently installed in the chassis. The lifting and lowering of the pallet is controlled by a button on the vehicle body. If you are travelling longer distances or up inclines, we recommend the fully electric HE1200/3 pallet stacker, as unlike this semi-electric stacker, it also supports the transport route electrically. The ergonomically positioned guide handles on the tiller make pushing and manoeuvring much easier during daily work. The dimensions of the SolidHub semi-electric stacker are perfect for use in a rather small warehouse or production area with narrow paths. The integrated motor (1.500 W) achieves the following speeds:

Lifting speed:

• with a load of 76 mm/s
• without load 143 mm/s

Lowering speed:

• with load 104 mm/s
• without load 93 mm/s

The Lead-acid battery is maintenance-free and is charged at any normal 230 V socket using the internal charger. The battery has a capacity of 120 Ah and a voltage of 12 V. The red emergency stop button on the vehicle housing switches off the power to the device and stops the motor immediately. When the battery is fully charged, you can work with the semi-electric pallet truck for around 4 h at a time without any problems. When the battery is completely empty, the charging process takes around 6 h. The HSE1000/3 is splash-proof, but is not suitable for prolonged use in damp and cool rooms. The mechanical parking brakes on the swivel castors ensure a secure and firm stand when lifting and lowering goods. A foot guard on the swivel castors offers users additional safety. Good to know: Warehouse staff do not need special training or a forklift licence for this. An introduction to operating the lifting device is sufficient. When working with the SolidHub HSE1000/3 electric pallet truck, it is of course important to observe and comply with legal requirements.
