Pallet-rack wooden shelf incl. support bar, for adding additional storage space to existing TOPREGAL pallet racks – e.g. for products that do not necessarily have to be stored on a pallet – or as a replacement. This shelf is a 38mm chipboard panel, which is available in different dimensions. The shelf is placed on the pallet-rack beams and secured with 4 Z-plates. Suitable Z-plates are included in the delivery volume. The load capacity of the shelf is 1500kg. Each support bar has a load capacity of 600kg. The use of 3 support bars per shelf increases the load capacity of the shelf to 3000kg. Example calculations: Unit length 180cm + 1 support bar = 1500kg + 600kg = 2100kg compartment load, but since the max. compartment load is 2000kg, this cannot be exceeded. Unit length 270cm + 1 support bar = 1500kg + 600kg = 2100kg compartment load Unit length 270cm + 2 support bars = 1500kg + 1200kg = 2700kg compartment load Unit length 270cm + 3 support bars = 1500kg + 1800kg = 3000kg compartment load, as the max. compartment load of the beams cannot be exceeded.
