INFO: Due to transport damage, we offer our collection trays as B-goods at a reduced price. This means that paint damage can occur without affecting the function of the trays. They still reliably hold oils and fuels.

Reliable and tight

If you want to store hazardous goods and environmentally harmful liquids such as oil, petrol or diesel in your pallet racks, the AW270 sump tray is the right product for you. The particularly leak-proof drip tray, which has been tested in accordance with DIN54152, meets the highest quality requirements and thus protects groundwater from contamination. The AW270 reliably collects 240 l of liquid. With the practical forklift pockets (210 x 100 mm) you can transport the shelf trough from place to place. This makes placing it under a pallet rack child's play and emptying the tray is also much easier. This is also supported by the low weight of 110 kg. The AW270 steel sump tray is specially designed for a crossbar length of 2700 mm and with its suitable dimensions (2650 x 1300 x 200 mm) can be easily placed under an appropriate shelf.

IMPORTANT:

Steel drip trays must undergo special tests and be processed by a welder certified according to DIN EN 287-1 to guarantee tightness. Therefore, a test certificate is issued for each collection tray sold by us, which proves that the quality requirements have been met.

Legal regulations to be complied with:

• 10% rule: The sump must be able to collect 10% of the liquid stored above it. This means that a maximum of 2400 L may be stored above the AW270.
  
  
• Largest Container Rule: The sump must be able to contain the largest container that is stored above it. This means that only containers with a maximum capacity of 240 L may be stored above the AW270.
