New, complete mobile tyre rack without any shelving for the handy transport of tyres, rims or similar.

The outer dimension is 230cm. The usable shelf area (inside dimension) is 220cm per level.

This shelf has 3 levels, each of which can be loaded with an average of 12 tyres or rims.


The max. compartment load is 400kg per compartment and the max. unit load (between 2 uprights) is 500kg per unit.

The beams (powder-coated in pure orange RAL 2004) are easily attached to the uprights and secured using safety pins to prevent them accidentally being lifted out. The beams can be attached at individual heights in increments of 50mm. The tyres are placed onto the beams and can be stored safely, protecting them from damage thanks to the special design of the stepped beam.

Mobile tyre-rack uprights (powder-coated in signal blue RAL 5005) consist of a front and rear upright profile, which are screwed together using the screwed-in cross and diagonal struts, as well as 2 castors with locking brakes. The rack uprights are closed at the top with two specially manufactured panels to increase work safety and to provide a flush finish to the edges. The panel is simply put on and is thus easy to position.

The work height of the mobile tyre rack is individually adjustable in increments of 5cm and ranges from 174cm to 214cm. Just adjust the insertion height of the upright at the foot part.

The complete rack is equipped with 4 castors with locking brakes and is therefore suitable for mobile use. This mobile rack is offered especially for commercial and industrial use and is also suitable for robust applications.
