All businesses and companies that need temporary and flexible additional office space, storage space or storage space will be thrilled with our new type of folding container. Extremely quick and easy to set up and take down again, the office container FALTFIX can be folded together for space-saving storage when not in use. The fixed, lockable steel door provides security during work or absence. Lighting, power connections and sliding windows are already integrated on delivery, which speeds up the assembly of the container office and simplifies storage.

Thanks to the innovative folding technology, the 5.920 mm long and 2.520 mm wide site container lives up to its name: assembly takes just 4 minutes for four people - from the first time the strap loops are attached to the container until the keys are handed over. Inside the construction site container, you can expect 14,9 m² Usable space or optionally office space if it is used as an office container. The front side has a pre-installed door 854 x 1955 mm with security lock and a double-glazed sliding window made of aluminium, which can be opened in both directions. Three keys are already included, which makes it easy to work with several people. The rear has another sliding window of identical construction.

A lifting device with a load capacity of at least 1.5 t and a lifting height of approx. 3 - 5 m is required for the assembly of the 2.650 mm high fast construction container, depending on the slinging equipment used (minimum specification: 4 webbing slings, 3 m long, 1 t load capacity). A crane / overhead crane can do this just as well as a forklift truck with long forks.

Just as quickly as the container is erected, it can also be folded up again and reassembled at another location. The folding container convinces with its just 448 mm Height when folded. This simplifies temporary storage when not in use and transport, because up to ten containers can be stacked and transported at the same time on top of or next to each other.

The weatherproof and flame-retardant material impresses with insulation thanks to sandwich panels. This ensures that the folding containers can also be used outdoors all year round. The roof load is around 100 kg/m².

A multi-talent inside and out

The power supply (220 V, 50 Hz) with international standard sockets is already pre-installed. The LED panel on the ceiling must be mounted and connected by an electrician. A socket is located in the upper area so that an air conditioner, for example, can be installed. The white walls brighten up the room visually and, thanks to the steel sandwich construction, offer additional space for plans etc. that can be pinned to the wall with magnets.
