With our professional and selected set for your perfect working environment, you can weld particularly efficiently and safely. The set consists of the MIG/MAG welding machine MIMA350, as well as the mobile welding protection screen SSW3350 and the fume extractor AS25. All devices are mobile and can be used flexibly.

The powerful welding machine with compact dimensions

The MIG/MAG welding machine MIMA350 with welding currents of up to 350 A ensures optimum welding results even with different sheet thicknesses and hard-to-reach welding points. Various welding processes can be realised, including MIG, MAG and MMA welding. The LIFT-TIG technique can also be used with the welding machine from TecMaschin.
The compact dimensions of 365 x 685 x 675 mm and the 3000 mm long power cable are impressive and allow flexible use in workshops, production halls or even on construction sites. Just there, where sheet metal, reinforcement bars and other metal semi-finished products have to be permanently joined together. The torch holder is also 3000 mm long and the earthing cable (ground cable) 2000 mm long. This enables you to weld even in places that are difficult to access. The low weight of just 48 kg, the carrying strap and the plastic rollers also make it easy to transport.

Welding accessories for every case

The welding machine comes with three torch contact tips, with an opening for wires of 0.8; 1.0 and 1.2 mm. Suitable welding wires can also be found at TecMaschin. The torch holder, a ground cable incl. welding clamp and torch are included in the scope of delivery.

With our welding protection screen your safety comes first

The mobile welding protection screen is standardised according to ISO EN 25980. Uninvolved persons are protected from dangerous radiation, splashes and welding arcs. The mobile welding protection screen is supplied in individual parts and is easy to assemble. The robust and durable frame is 1950 mm long and 1950 mm high. The swivel arms on both sides are each 800 mm long. With four swivel castors, two of which are lockable, it can be moved anywhere and shields any flying sparks with a functional red curtain, measuring 3750 mm x 1740 mm. with its own weight of only 23.5 kg, it ensures safe and flexible working every day.

The welding fume extractor: efficient removal of fumes during welding work

The welding fume extractor is ergonomic, stable and easy to handle. The housing is made of powder-coated steel, with compact dimensions of 550 mm x 550 mm x 1060 mm. The base's own weight of 51 kg can be easily lifted by two people and carried to the desired place of use, or conveniently rolled from place to place. The extractor is supplied with a 2000 mm long, rotating and swivelling extraction arm, which can be flexibly moved 360° with 3 joints. it works according to a simple system, whereby the welding smoke flows through the protective net of the self-supporting suction arm in the first step. Here, sparks and other larger particles are intercepted and sucked into the filter unit. The smoke is further cleaned by activated carbon filters and released into the room as clean air.

Pro Tip:
Clean the nozzles of the welder after each use. If they become clogged, the MIMA350 can no longer be used until the nozzles are replaced.
