Easy to carry, powerful strapping
This is now possible with the manual steel strapping tool SU-M1219. Its compact dimensions (100 x 400 x 330 mm) make it quick and easy to take with you. This means it also fits perfectly into any standard unwinding trolley for steel strapping. With a tensioning force of 4.500 - 15.000 N, the SU-M1219 enables parcels and consignment goods to be strapped tightly. The strap can be applied, tensioned, fixed and excess steel strapping cut off in just a few simple steps. Equipped with three levers, the strapping tool for steel strapping is particularly easy to operate. Once you have tightened the strap with the right-hand lever, it can be easily fixed in this position with the left-hand lever and quickly cut off with the lower lever.
Flexible use
The manual strapping tool SU-M1219 is compatible with strap widths of 12,7 - 19 mm and thicknesses of 0,5 mm, making it suitable for all standard strap sizes. During the strapping process, the overlapping strap is punched into each other under high pressure and firmly secured. No sealing sleeves are required for this process. This makes the entire packaging and order picking process easier and increases the efficiency of your warehouse logistics. The lightweight device can be easily carried or transported in a roll-off trolley. The device can be used at any time without a rechargeable battery.
Ergonomic packaging, no matter where
This is possible with our roll-off trolley for steel strapping. You can use this trolley to transport our 25 kg roll of steel strapping or other steel strapping. The roller bearing on the outside of the strap makes it possible to use different sized strap rolls with this practical dispenser trolley. The trolley is at a convenient height of 1000 mm, making it ergonomic to transport when tilted. Goods of different sizes can be packed in just a few simple steps. The well-placed shelf at the front of the trolley makes it possible to carry the required strapping tool with you at all times. The 200 mm large Solid rubber wheels overcome small obstacles, such as kerbs or steps, easily and quietly. The trolley's impact-resistant frame is extremely robust and designed for long-term use so that you can enjoy this practical product for as long as possible.
Safe and powerful packaging
This is now possible with our steel strapping, which easily absorbs tensile forces of up to 5.200 N. Your consignment goods are packed securely as the steel strapping is particularly tear-resistant and impact-resistant. The entire roll weighs just 25 kg and is therefore easy to handle. The 400 m Strapping can be easily wrapped around the goods to be packaged and then secured with a suitable strapping tool. This is easily possible with this steel strapping with or without sealing sleeves.
