The powerful welding machine

High welding currents of up to 350 A ensure fast and clean welding of different materials and sheet thicknesses. After ignition of the arc, its shape, intensity and heat can be adjusted via the parameters welding current and welding voltage. This is possible by adjusting various rotary controls on the welding device. The feed speed of the welding wire can also be flexibly selected between 2 - 18 m/min. This way, the MIG/MAG welder ensures an optimal welding result for different sheet thicknesses and hard-to-reach welding spots.
The welder MIMA350 can be used for various welding processes. These include MIG (metal inert gas welding), MAG (metal active gas welding) and MMA (manual metal arc welding). These welding processes are assigned to the family of gas-shielded welding. Here, a melting electrode is applied to the workpiece and an arc is ignited with a high current. The shielding gas, which is usually argon or an argon-CO2 mixture, prevents the weld from oxidising and thus becoming brittle. The LIFT TIG technique can also be used with the TecMaschin welding machine. Here, the electrode is first placed on the workpiece. After a voltage is applied, the electrode is lifted, causing the arc to ignite.

Compact dimensions for flexible use

Not only the electrotechnical features of this powerful welding machine MIMA350 are convincing. The compact dimensions of 365 mm x 685 mm x 675 mm and the 300 cm long power cable allow flexible use in workshops, production halls or even on construction sites. Just there, where metal sheets, reinforcement bars and other metal semi-finished products have to be permanently joined together. The torch holder is also 300 cm and the earth cable (ground cable) 2 m long. This enables you to weld even in places that are difficult to access. The low weight of just 48 kg, the carrying strap and the plastic rollers also make for comfortable transport.
