Twist wires effortlessly

The new BV34 electric rebar tying tool from TecMaschin makes it possible. This handy tool allows steel connections to be fixed with wire quickly and easily. The days of manual iron rod wrapping are over. The 0.8 mm wide metal wire shoots in within seconds, and is then twisted quickly and reliably. 

The 34 mm opening on the front of the 1,32 kg rebar connector even allows the tool to wrap bars with wide diameters. The electric tool is ergonomically designed not to tire out your wrist, even after long periods of work. With its compact dimensions (65 mm x 220 mm x 280 mm), it is easy to transport and handle. The accompanying case for the BV34 mobile rebar tying tool makes it even easier to transport, with space for a battery and 2 wire spools. 

The wire spool (40 mm, Ø 65 mm) is made of ABS and can be replaced quickly. The 110 m long wire is tear-resistant and is twisted several times to form a tight connection. To replace the wire spool, simply open the side flap, remove the old spool and insert a new one. Once the wire has been threaded into the pulling mechanism, just continue working as before. This takes just a few seconds and is easy to do.

Sustainable and durable

The brushless electric motor and robust ABS housing make the BV34 rebar connector particularly durable. The electrical device is, of course, designed to be particularly sustainable. The lithium-ion battery, with a capacity of 4,5 Ah, supplies the powerful electric motor with a nominal voltage of 12 V. The device has a charging time of just 1,5 h and uses an external charger. In combination with the accompanying spare battery, which can be charged while the other one is in use, you can use the rebar tying tool virtually without interruption. The charger works with 230 V and 50 Hz. This means it can be plugged into any standard socket.
