Semi-electric scissor lift SBE900 - working at height quickly, safely and conveniently - indoors and outdoors

Thanks to the maximum lifting height of 1.665 - 9.000 mm, repairs or repairs can be carried out at a working height of up to 11.000 mm.

The work platform travels upwards with the powerful 380 V / 2.200 W Electric motor up to a maximum platform height of 1.665 - 9.000 mm. The hydraulic cylinders, each with a diameter of 80 mm, push the robust struts with a cross-section of 115 x 45 mm apart. The work platform is simply connected to a 16 A / 380 V power socket using the integrated power cable. It is operated using the two control elements either on the ground, directly on the power box or on the railing of the workman basket. The control units raise and lower the workman basket with approx. 120 mm/s. The yellow warning light illuminates during the raising and lowering process. The 1.800 mm x 1.000 mm platform offers sufficient capacity for two people and various work utensils up to a maximum weight of 500 kg. The 1.100 mm high handrail provides additional safety. For optimum protection, a safety harness can be attached at several points on the scaffolding.

Safety for you and your employees

Safe access to the platform is possible via the fixed ladder on the narrow side of the working platform.

With the side-mounted, extendable stabilisers and the individually height-adjustable integrated foot sections, you can always set up the work platform in a level position - the integrated sensor helps with alignment and guarantees that the chassis is level before the platform is raised. The levelling feet can be quickly and easily extended and adjusted using 190 mm long cranks. As is usual with work platforms, we recommend placing suitable supports under the stabilisers to prevent them from slipping. A manual emergency lowering valve ensures that the scissor lift can be lowered safely even without a power connection. The emergency lowering is carried out via the lowering valve on the lift motor (floor area). It is therefore necessary for an employee to remain on the ground in order to be able to lower the work platform in an emergency.

High lift, compact when folded

When folded, the scissor lift measures 1.170 - 2.330 mm x 1.910 mm x 2.760 mm. This makes it easy to transport and store. Transport and alignment on the ground is ensured by the drawbar. The scissor lift can be moved by hand for smaller movements. For longer transport in and between workshops, it can also be attached to a suitable transport device with a strap sling to pull the scissor lift.
